With its advanced optical object recognition, the Xcalibur is one of a kind.
Xcalibur does more than just sort. It classifies. On the basis of colour, length, shape and structure, the Xcalibur can scan and arrange objects and remove them using intelligent pneumatic ejection. And it does so more quickly, carefully and safely than its competitors.
Main features:
- Intelligent Puffing: uniquely developed high-speed modified valves with which objects passing at high speed are scanned and systematically separated out.
- 5.2 metres per second: the Xcalibur achieves a production speed of up to
5.2 metres per second. - Energy-efficient: Xcalibur has also been shown to use at least 50% less compressed air and air pressure than a typical sorting machine on the market.
- Three-way sorting: the Xcalibur is also optionally available with thee-way sorting for even greater flexibility and yield.
