La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 OptiServe a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e sur la base d\u2019une vision durable : rendre les trieuses obsol\u00e8tes ou d\u00e9fectueuses \u00e0 nouveau utilisables. La remise en \u00e9tat : telle \u00e9tait l\u2019activit\u00e9 principale d’OptiServe. Les trieuses du pass\u00e9 poss\u00e9daient des fonctions limit\u00e9es, et pr\u00e9sentaient de nombreux d\u00e9fauts. \u00c0 la suite de plusieurs ann\u00e9es fructueuses d\u2019utilisation de la machine E-Select, OptiServe souhaitait d\u00e9velopper une nouvelle machine capable d\u2019obtenir de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats, tout en mettant l’accent sur l’aspect durable, mais \u00e9galement sur l’efficacit\u00e9 et l’optimisation de la capacit\u00e9 de production. L’objectif \u00e9tait de cr\u00e9er une trieuse disposant d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e et d\u2019une marge d’erreur plus faible, alliant une production de d\u00e9chets moindre et une consommation d’\u00e9nergie r\u00e9duite. En tant qu’entrepreneur ambitieux, Antoine van Kasteren, le fondateur d’OptiServe, a ainsi voulu d\u00e9velopper la plateforme de base pour toutes les applications futures.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Par le biais d\u2019un plan de subventionnement de l’innovation, OptiServe a pu poursuivre ses projets en vue d’une meilleure trieuse. Gr\u00e2ce aux connaissances de l’universit\u00e9 de Wageningen (WUR Food & BioBased Research) combin\u00e9es \u00e0 l’exp\u00e9rience pratique d’OptiServe, nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 une machine capable de r\u00e9aliser tout ce qu’une trieuse ordinaire n\u2019\u00e9tait pas en mesure de faire<\/strong>. Le plan d’innovation NOISE <\/strong>(New Optical Intelligent Sorting Enhancer) qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9, repose sur deux innovations exclusives : le triage avanc\u00e9 ou la \u00ab\u00a0classification\u00a0\u00bb, et le \u00ab\u00a0soufflage intelligent\u00a0\u00bb. La nouvelle m\u00e9thode de classification <\/a>va au-del\u00e0 du triage en fonction de la longueur et de la couleur : la machine prend \u00e9galement en compte la structure comme caract\u00e9ristique au niveau du processus de triage. En outre, le principe du soufflage intelligent<\/a>, lequel permet \u00e0 la machine de scanner et de souffler les objets de mani\u00e8re plus intelligente, est \u00e9galement le gage d\u2019une r\u00e9duction de la quantit\u00e9 de d\u00e9chets et de la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.
